- Local accommodation fee of CZK 21 per person over 18 per night; guests under 18 do not pay this fee
- Bed linen and equipment for families with children
- Final cleaning and parking by the building

Payment:
Deposit of 50% within 5 days of reservation.
The remaining full price is due no later than on the day of arrival.
